Should you need to return an item because of an error on my part or because it arrives damaged or defective, I would be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided I am notified of the problem via email at amandadutcherdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is no confirmation of error, damage, or defect.

I ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. I am a small business and hand pack all purchases; in most cases, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs:

• Continental U.S. and Canada: $6.15 USD
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam: $35 USD
• International $35 USD

Shipments outside of the continental U.S. and Canada are subject to my standard return policy and an extra $35 USD non-refundable shipping charge. Amanda Dutcher Designs is not responsible for any customs fees.
