Materials: These earrings are made from high-quality polymer clay, ensuring durability while remaining lightweight for all-day comfort. Gold hardware is primarily 14k gold plated or fill, silver hardware is primarily sterling silver or surgical steel plated or fill. Exact composition of hardware varies by design. Hypoallergenic materials are not guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made before ordering. Care and cleaning: Gently wipe with microfiber cloth. To remove makeup stains, wipe quickly and gently with rubbing alcohol or 100% acetone. NOTE: Acetone is not recommended for designs with metallic edging; it will damage these designs.

Should you need to return an item because of an error on my part or because it arrives damaged or defective, I would be happy to refund or exchange a product, provided I am notified of the problem via email at amandadutcherdesigns@gmail.com within 7 days. I reserve the right to refuse a refund if there is no confirmation of error, damage, or defect.

I ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. I am a small business and hand pack all purchases; in most cases, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
